Hello Wildkats! I am so excited for everything that we have coming up in music this year!  I am also very excited to say that I am expecting a baby boy this year.  He will be my first child.  His name is Grant Dalton Weeks and he is due in October!  While I am out on maternity leave, Mrs. Amber Espinoza will be teaching music at Meador.  She is very excited and is going to do a great job!
A few things about me- I graduated from The University of Houston with a degree in music education and performed with the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps in 2007 and 2009. I have performed and have experience in many different ensembles including choir, opera, percussion ensemble, orchestra, wind ensemble, marching band, and musical theater. I play percussion at Woodlands Church on the weekends and play piano at home for enjoyment. I love music and love children, so I have the best of both worlds here at Meador. I am very excited for this year and I know we will have a great time in music. Go Wildkats!
